Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Excellent planning, organization, time management and team-building abilities.
Responsibilities
- Review energy efficiency incentive applications for Ameren Illinois electric and natural gas customers.
- Evaluate various energy systems in commercial/industrial markets (HVAC, Lighting, compressed air, energy management).
- Research and implement technology changes to improve energy efficiency programs.
- Maintain knowledge of Illinois Technical Reference Manual and energy efficiency concepts.
- Verify energy savings methods for quality control and improvements.
- Provide guidance to teams regarding energy efficiency programs.
