Job summary

Leidos seeks an Energy Engineer to support energy-efficiency programs for large industrial and commercial facilities across the US. The role involves identifying efficiency opportunities, calculating savings, reviewing calculations, and delivering presentations within a collaborative team environment.

The candidate should have knowledge of energy modeling, TRMs, and building/industrial systems, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and demonstrate knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
• Productivity, accuracy, organization and effective communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify energy efficiency opportunities and calculate energy savings.
• Review energy saving calculations for accuracy and deliver presentations.
• Collaborate with program energy advisors, facility managers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Support energy efficiency practices in facilities across the US.

Education

Four-year technical degree

Master's degree preferred
