As a Senior Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee multiple programs, and maintain primary client contact to ensure objectives, budgets, and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressively responsible experience managing utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional team development.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple energy efficiency programs in New England.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and ensure contractual objectives.
• Lead and develop Program Managers and staff.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, staffing, and contracted deliverables.
• Monitor performance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Lead executive-level meetings and deliver program updates.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
