Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Snr. Employee Relations Partner to join our People team. You will drive a high-performance culture and mitigate organizational risk while serving as the primary contact for US People Managers on various employee issues.

This role requires over 5 years of HR experience, especially in Employee Relations, and a strong understanding of labor laws. You'll collaborate with legal and HR partners, manage complex investigations, and support performance management initiatives.

Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Employee Relations.
• Proven track record of leading complex US-based investigations.
• Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for US People Managers on employee grievances.
• Lead and manage complex workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and partner with legal departments.
