Embrace Pet Insurance is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to own the execution and optimization of email and SMS campaigns across the customer lifecycle. This hands-on role combines strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email development skills with campaign management, testing, and optimization.

Remote — USA, Hybrid if in Cleveland, OH. The role collaborates with Marketing, Creative, Compliance, Data and Technology to deliver scalable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in email, CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and responsive email coding.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Familiar with testing, QA, optimization, and deliverability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns across the lifecycle.
• Build responsive emails using HTML/CSS and modular templates.
• Maintain automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign targeting.
• Perform QA, testing, and optimization to improve metrics.
