Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Lifecycle & Email Marketing Strategist to own lifecycle email strategy and deployment for high-visibility programs across IT, CRM, Employee Experience, Risk & Security. You will define audience segmentation, cadence plans, and KPIs, partnering with Campaign Managers and Content Strategists.

Deployments occur in Marketo Engage or comparable platforms. You will lead end-to-end email programs, including multi-region scope, and influence governance through AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience deploying programs in an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Track record operationalizing lifecycle strategy.
• Experience with Marketo Engage required; other ESPs acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and email campaign architecture across nurtures, events, and product launches.
• Manage lifecycle email strategy for high-visibility programs mapped to buying group structures.
• Define audience segmentation and cadence plans; coordinate with Audience Planners.
• Partner with Content Strategists to shape email content POV and journey.
• Set volume and cadence plans; ensure governance and align with Campaign Managers.
• Define KPIs by campaign type and translate results to stakeholders.
• Build, configure, and deploy end-to-end in Marketo Engage or equivalent.
• Refine lifecycle copy framework using AI-assisted tooling and maintain governance gates.
• Lead testing programs (A/B, multivariate) and surface insights through reports.
