Job summary

Right Balance, headquartered in Los Angeles, California, seeks a Shopify Ecommerce Experience Coordinator with a strong focus on UX/UI design to craft engaging ecommerce experiences and optimize storefronts.

You will design in Figma, collaborate with engineers, run A/B tests, adapt Shopify themes, and drive CRO while working remotely in a distributed team. Candidates should have 4+ years in UX/UI, 4+ years in Figma, 3+ years in Shopify, and 1+ year in Liquid.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time hands-on UX/UI Designer experience.
• 4+ years of full-time hands-on Figma experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Shopify experience.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on Liquid experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and working knowledge of Liquid.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion-focused design.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and CRO.
• Experience designing customer journeys and improving overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling ecommerce experiences.
• Create and iterate on user interfaces in Figma.
• Improve the customer journey through thoughtful UX design.
• Design mobile-first experiences and responsive interfaces.
• Support and collaborate on A/B testing initiatives.
• Work with Shopify themes to implement and refine design improvements.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Learn and evolve your skills using the latest technology tools.
