Job summary

Sticky Digital in the United States is seeking a talented Email Designer to join our team full-time immediately. You will design high-impact email campaigns for our Shopify brand clients, from concept to final delivery.

You will work with retention marketing, designers, and clients to ensure on-brand, responsive emails that drive engagement, conversions, and retention, while following accessibility and deliverability best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the USA.
• Proven experience designing email campaigns for e-commerce brands (at least 1 year).
• Strong proficiency in designing emails in Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with designing in Figma
• Familiarity with popular email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, or Yotpo is a plus
• Experience designing responsive emails optimized for both mobile and desktop devices.
• Understanding of email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and ability to design with these in mind.
• Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to create and deliver customized email designs that align with marketing goals.
• Design engaging emails optimized for desktop and mobile devices, ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Develop campaign assets including banners and graphics for launches and promotions.
• Follow best practices for accessibility and deliverability in email design.
• Maintain email style guides to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Ensure all email designs are fully responsive across devices and clients.
• Optimize emails for retention by leveraging personalization and segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on data insights.
