Job summary

Infotrend Inc. seeks a Senior eDiscovery Data Loading Specialist (Litigation Support) to apply knowledge of computer system principles, automated data processing, and metadata structures to develop solutions for user requirements.

Analyze requests and translate them into data field normalization and Bates numbering specifications. Load documents and data into litigation support software repositories remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in eDiscovery data loading, processing, or productions.
• 7 years professional experience.
• Experience with multiple litigation-support platforms such as Casepoint, Relativity, Concordance, LAW PreDiscovery, Nuix, Recommind/Axcelerate, IPRO/eCapture, or similar.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting technologies and database programming/SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Load documents and data into litigation support repositories.
• Troubleshoot data loading problems and handle exception documents.
• Decompress and extract documents from compound files.
• Convert native files into TIFF images using government approved tools.
• Develop and maintain data loading standards and workflow documentation.
• Create electronic productions with production and exception reports.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data loading.
