Job summary
Bright Minds is seeking a Senior EDI Developer to support a global manufacturing and supply-chain environment. This 100% remote role will help connect EDI, SAP, and integration teams while developing and supporting end-to-end B2B integrations across customers, suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience across EDI, SAP, and Informatica Cloud B2B, with a deep understanding of how transactions move from partner onboarding and communications
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on EDI, SAP, and Informatica integration experience within consumer goods, manufacturing, supply chain, or 3PL environments.
- Experience with both X12 and EDIFACT supporting U.S. and international transactions.
- Strong knowledge of EDI mapping, communications protocols, trading partner onboarding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience with X12 transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, and 824; 940, 943, 944, 945, 211, and 214 experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on SAP supply-chain/3PL integration experience, including IDocs; SAP PI and broader SAP integration knowledge are beneficial.
- Informatica Cloud B2B/IICS/IDMC, particularly supply-chain EDI and XMAP strategy. PowerCenter/on-prem experience may be considered with demonstrated ability to transition to Cloud B2B.
- Experience with canonical mapping, translating X12, EDIFACT, CSV, and other formats into standardized business fields and SAP IDocs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations across EDI, Informatica, SAP, and partner communication environments.
- Self-directed with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar EDI tools, business rules, and integration environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multiple companies, business entities, or complex integration environments is preferred; automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
