Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Senior eCommerce Web Developer to lead architecture, development, and integration of our digital commerce platforms. This remote role requires living within driving distance of our Lakeville office for monthly team meetings.

You will mentor developers, guide backend and frontend work, and ensure scalability and security across eCommerce solutions. Responsibilities include leading technical architecture, API development, and ERP integrations, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of professional software development, with at least 3 years on enterprise eCommerce platforms.
Strong enterprise Java, REST API, SQL, and system integration experience.
HCL Commerce / IBM WebSphere Commerce, React, WordPress; Git, CI/CD and monitoring with Dynatrace.
Ability to troubleshoot complex, integrated environments.

Responsibilities

Backend Development & Systems Integration across HCL Commerce and related systems.
Lead technical direction, define standards and evaluate technologies.
Provide production support and root-cause analysis for issues.
Mentor full-stack and frontend developers; conduct code reviews.
Collaborate on storefront enhancements and frontend-backend integration.
