Job summary

Derextechnologiesinc is seeking a Senior Dynatrace Observability Engineer (SME) to lead enterprise monitoring initiatives. You will design, deploy, and optimize Dynatrace solutions to provide deep visibility across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud services.

Collaborating with development, operations, and security, you will establish observability best practices, create dashboards and alerts, and drive improvements in performance, availability, and user experience in a remote

Qualifications

Five+ years in enterprise monitoring or observability.
Hands-on Dynatrace deployment and administration.
Proficient in dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
Experience with Windows/Linux, cloud infrastructure, and databases.
Strong collaboration with development and security teams.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and optimize Dynatrace observability solutions across enterprise environments.
Implement end-to-end application performance monitoring and distributed tracing.
Develop dashboards, alerts, and anomaly-detection policies aligned to SLIs/SLOs.
Investigate performance issues using Dynatrace analytics and DQL to identify root causes.
Collaborate with application developers, operations, and security teams to define monitoring requirements.
