Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Vertica in the United States. You will lead a passionate product management team, owning the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for enterprise data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to align roadmaps with market needs, drive adoption, and shape the future of modern data architectures and cloud-native analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related product or business experience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, machine learning, database, or cloud data platform products.
• Experience leading teams through complex platform transformations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to define market opportunities, roadmaps, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management team for Vertica, owning the product vision and roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities, create roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive commercial success.
