Job summary

Clearsulting is a global consulting firm focused on digital finance transformation, with offices in Chicago and other U.S. cities. We seek a Consulting Director to lead Source-to-Pay initiatives, guide complex procurement and finance transformations, and develop high-performing teams for strategic client engagements.

You will collaborate with senior executives, shape strategic agendas, and oversee multi‑engagement programs while advancing our consulting methodologies and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge across procurement and supply chain processes.
• Experience overseeing consultants or managers (5+ years).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives and drive value realization.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across procurement, supply chain, and financial operations transformations.
• Oversee multiple concurrent client engagements with delivery excellence across assessments and operating models.
• Lead and scale consulting teams, coaching leaders and ensuring quality standards.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic agendas at C-suite/SVP levels.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, shaping pursuits, and leading executive-level presentations.
