Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Security Solutions Architecture to shape the technical direction of its Security organization. This remote US-based role partners with security sales leadership, drives scalable methodology, and influences product and market strategy at the executive level.

You will build a global architecture team, translate customer insights into strategic actions, and develop career paths and enablement programs for the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering or technical consulting.
• 2+ years leading a technical architect or sales engineering team.
• Experience building a technical architect function in an early-stage setting.
• Deep understanding of cyber resilience with executive-level influence.
• Proven people leadership and strong stakeholder presence.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve decision-making.
• Professional English proficiency for communication.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Security Solutions Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the technical direction of the Security organization by building a strong global solutions architecture function. You will partner closely with security sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen execution, improve customer engagement, and influence product and market strategy.

The position calls for a leader who can translate customer and field insights into scalable technical methodology, team development, and executive-level impact across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
