Job summary

Sanofi US seeks a Senior Director, Medical Evidence and Outcomes Research to lead NA evidence generation across Specialty Care. You’ll partner with Global and US medical units, HEOR, RWE, and access teams to align local studies with global plans and deliver payer-ready evidence.

This role develops external collaborations, guides RWE studies for US labeling, ensures governance and compliance, and advances the value proposition. Remote US work with occasional travel to meet stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in healthcare or science is required; PharmD/PhD/MS strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in evidence generation, HEOR, or related field; pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred.
• Expertise in HEOR disciplines, biostatistics, and evidence‑based medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of local evidence generation plans aligned with global strategies.
• Develop external scientific partnerships with payers, health outcomes organizations, and academic collaborators.
• Guide publication plans and dissemination of RWE studies; support US labeling and value communication.
