Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager for Health Economics & Outcomes Research in Oncology. You will lead HEOR modeling, evidence generation, and publication efforts to demonstrate value across indications, partnering with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes strategic HEOR leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and global payer evidence development, with remote USA work and a focus on advancing reimbursement and clinical adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Pharmacy, Health Services Research, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of HEOR experience in biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or related settings.
• Experience developing and applying health economic models and outcomes research using trial and real-world data.
• Experience supporting payer evidence generation, reimbursement strategy, and publications.
• Familiarity with molecular diagnostics, ctDNA, MRD, or oncology diagnostics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and application of health economic models (budget impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, ROI, Markov/state-transition, and related models).
• Guide HEOR strategy to integrate endpoints into prospective studies and real-world research programs.
• Analyze clinical trial, observational, and real-world data to evaluate utilization, costs, outcomes, and cost-consequence.
• Lead HEOR publication strategy including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and reports; coordinate with investigators and partners.
• Translate HEOR evidence into payer value propositions, value dossiers, and reimbursement materials.
• Develop global HEOR strategies for US and international markets; support HTA submissions.
