Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Director/Senior Director RWD Scientist to lead real-world data strategies in HEOR, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into value for patients. This role requires deep expertise in RWD, analytics, and study design across multiple data sources.

You will guide RWD study development, advance privacy-preserving capabilities, and contribute to regulatory strategy and trial design, with potential travel as needed.

Formación

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) in appropriate discipline with 5+ years of outcomes strategies / projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on Real World Data experience with statistical software (R, Python).

Responsabilidades

• Drives sustained integration of HEOR and use of RWD from early clinical development through commercialization.
• Develops and oversees HEOR research strategy for compounds in Lilly portfolio across relevant therapeutic areas.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration on study design, execution, and dissemination of results.
• Translates complex HEOR findings into actionable insights for stakeholders and regulators.
• Plans and aligns results to maximize impact of HEOR work across geographies.
