Remote, nationwide, Vituity seeks a Senior Director of Operations Radiology to lead the specialty operations across radiology sites. Responsible for day-to-day performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic vision, you will drive efficiency, quality, and read-volume optimization, partnering with IT, billing, and clinical leadership to scale site launches and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health and 10 years of progressive operations experience.
• 5+ years of radiology specialty healthcare experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare management, Public Health, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full specialty operations team.
• Own day-to-day operational performance across all radiology sites, driving accountability to metrics like wRVUs, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and execute site-level operational playbooks for new site launches, stabilization, and wind-downs.
• Set the department's strategic vision, objectives, and policies; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Identify operational efficiencies to meet regulatory and client expectations and pursue best practice approaches.
