Atrio Search seeks a Director of Operations for Veterinary Imaging. You will oversee PACS and RIS operations, drive risk management, and lead a small operations team in a remote, high-growth environment.

The role focuses on building scalable processes as the business expands, with senior leadership alignment on strategy. Travel is minimal; compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 plus medical, dental, 401(k) with employer match and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Senior operations experience at Director or VP level.
• Veterinary industry experience is essential.
• Experience in veterinary radiology, diagnostic imaging, tele-radiology, PACS, or RIS environments.
• Demonstrated responsibility for operational teams and service delivery.
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, remote environment.
• Eager, open-minded, collaborative, and high-integrity approach.
