Job summary

Scopely seeks a Senior Director of Community for a new, AAA-grade, in-development title. This remote role supports a mobile-first, IP-based project in the United States or Canada. You will lead community growth, engagement, and retention across platforms, including influencer programs.

You will coordinate with Marketing, LiveOps, Production, and Engineering to deliver a player-centric experience and ensure authentic brand interactions with the community.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in community management and related fields.
• Deep understanding of gaming communities, IPs, and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencer programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global community, social, and influencer strategy.
• Build and lead a team for community management, social media, and influencers.
• Set strategy, guide the Community team, and drive engagement and retention.
