Responsibilities

• Develop framework and measures for provider experience and its impact on Oscar's network.
• Be the voice of the provider experience internally and externally.
• Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy and roadmap with cross-functional input.
• Lead multiple high-visibility strategic projects with cross-functional partners.
• Foster relationships with SMEs and leaders to align on the strategic vision.
• Communicate goals and findings to drive organizational change management.
• Maintain healthcare market knowledge and monitor vendor innovation and regulatory changes.
• Leverage data to drive insights, root cause analysis and ROI assessments.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-impact provider-experience team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
