Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Director, Escalated Provider Issue Resolution to lead a multi-disciplinary team within the Network & Provider Management group. The role emphasizes scalable operating models, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve provider issue resolution across the organization.

The position reports to the SVP, Network & Provider Management and is remote, with potential for future hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, payer operations, claims operations, network operations, or related fields.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience, including leading managers or multi-team functions.
• Experience leading complex issue resolution, escalation management, or service model design in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary provider issue resolution organization.
• Build a scalable operating model for escalated provider issues and define governance, metrics, and SLAs.
• Oversee resolution of high-impact provider issues across multiple teams and functions.
• Partner with Claims, Network, Utilization Management, Payment Integrity, Contact Center, Account Management, Technology, and Analytics to improve handoffs and reduce escalations.
• Establish closed-loop tracking to address root causes and prevent recurrence across strategic accounts and network.
