Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in product strategy or portfolio leadership.
• Experience leading multi-product portfolios.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in complex environments.
• Experience with UI/UX and IT collaboration on products.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide product strategy aligned with goals and market demand.
• Create and manage the multi-year product roadmap across major lines.
