Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Project Controls (Scheduling) to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role oversees enterprise-level schedule management for major capital programs, with a focus on integrated master scheduling, risk analysis, and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in planning and scheduling for large-scale capital programs, client-facing leadership experience, and deep knowledge of Primavera P6.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of planning and scheduling for large-scale capital programs.
• Experience in a client-facing leadership role at program/portfolio level.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-level schedule management frameworks for major capital programs.
• Serve as the primary planning and scheduling advisor to client leadership.
• Develop and oversee integrated master schedules across complex programs.
• Drive alignment among internal teams, contractors, and third parties for a unified schedule.
• Establish program-level reporting structures and executive dashboards for schedule performance.
• Conduct scenario planning and quantitative risk assessments for program decisions.
• Identify critical path impacts and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of schedulers and planners.
