Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Project Controls (Scheduling) to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role oversees enterprise-level schedule management for major capital programs, with a focus on integrated master scheduling, risk analysis, and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in planning and scheduling for large-scale capital programs, client-facing leadership experience, and deep knowledge of Primavera P6.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Project Controls (Scheduling) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This leader will oversee enterprise-level schedule management for major capital programs, with a strong focus on integrated master scheduling, risk analysis, and executive reporting. The role partners closely with client leadership, internal teams, contractors, and third parties to align complex program timelines and drive informed decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in large-scale capital program scheduling, especially across advanced technology, mission critical, and data center projects.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise-level schedule management frameworks for major capital programs.
• Serve as the primary planning and scheduling advisor to client leadership.
• Develop and oversee integrated master schedules across complex programs.
• Drive alignment among internal teams, contractors, and third parties for a unified schedule.
• Establish program-level reporting structures and executive dashboards for schedule performance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in advanced technology, mission critical, and data center projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6; familiarity with other planning tools preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams in complex, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.
