Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Leader for MTS Service to own end‑to‑end delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a complex, multi-location account. You will partner with the JLL Account Manager on strategy, staffing, and expansion while leading an MTS team to drive proactive, outcomes‑driven service.

This role combines strategic PM capability with hands‑on execution, focusing on staffing optimization, KPI performance, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of leadership or account management experience.
• Facilities or field service leadership experience optional.
• Proven track record managing large multi-location accounts with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication and safety/compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own account P&L, revenue targets and cost management.
• Lead MTS delivery teams and ensure SLA performance.
• Coordinate staffing, tech productivity, and service quality.
• Conduct regular operations reviews and drive process improvements.
• Partner with Account Manager for strategic client initiatives.
