You will partner with client executives to drive adoption, optimize clinical and revenue cycle workflows, and guide multi-workstream programs through planning, governance, and execution. Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting or healthcare IT leadership.
• 5+ years of MEDITECH experience in hospitals/health systems.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and drive business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level engagements for MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and operational leaders.
• Oversee program planning, governance, risk management, and multi-workstream execution.
• Contribute to business development and solutioning within the healthcare technology practice.
• Travel as required by client engagements (less than 50%).
