Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Current U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leader accountable for successful delivery of large-scale MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders; provide strategic guidance on MEDITECH and transformation.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to MEDITECH applications, workflows, and integration.
• Direct, coach, and develop project teams; foster a high-performing, accountable environment.
