Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead large-scale MEDITECH engagements in the U.S. This role focuses on driving successful implementations, migrations, and optimization initiatives while engaging with client executives to deliver measurable value.

You will guide multi-workstream programs, contribute to business development, and mentor teams. Travel to client sites is expected as needed in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT experience.
• Experience leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations and large-scale healthcare technology transformations.
• Ability to build relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive leader accountable for successful delivery of large-scale MEDITECH engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across workstreams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on MEDITECH applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Direct, coach, and develop project teams to foster a high-performing environment.
