Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare technology consulting or healthcare IT.
• 5+ years MEDITECH experience in hospitals/healthcare systems.
• Leadership in enterprise MEDITECH implementations, migrations, or transformations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and C-suite relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare ops, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leader for large-scale MEDITECH projects, overseeing scope, budget, timeline, quality and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, guiding governance and transformation efforts.
• Lead program planning, risk management, staffing, and multi-workstream execution.
• Provide SME on MEDITECH apps, workflows, integration, and best practices.
• Direct and develop project teams to deliver client-focused results.
• Partner with client leadership to drive adoption of tech-enabled improvements across functions.
• Contribute to sales pursuits, solution development, and capability-building initiatives.
• Expand client partnerships and represent Huron as a trusted advisor in healthcare tech.
