Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director, Media Strategy in the United States. This senior leadership role shapes integrated, full-funnel media strategies across major client accounts and partners with activation, data, measurement, and client strategy teams.

You will mentor Associate Directors and Senior Managers, establish planning standards, and apply AI-enabled tools to deliver insights-driven recommendations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in media strategy, media planning, and digital media.
• B2B media experience required.
• Strong across traditional, digital, and social planning, buying, and measurement.
• Experience with data and AI-enabled tools to guide decisions.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of go-to-market strategies and integrated, full-funnel media plans.
• Set standards for annual planning, campaign strategies, and measurement.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to insights, planning, and reporting.
• Translate insights into executive-ready client recommendations.
• Mentor Associate Directors and Senior Managers; foster growth.
• Collaborate with activation, investment, data, and measurement teams.
