Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals (ACCP) is seeking a Senior Director, Career Development and Executive Programs to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of ACCP’s leadership development portfolio. The role ensures live programs, cohort experiences, peer communities, on-demand learning, and practical resources form a cohesive learning ecosystem for professionals at all career stages.

The Senior Director will serve as a lead facilitator for flagship experiences, manage CSR

Qualifications

7-10 years designing and leading leadership development or professional education programs.
Demonstrated success facilitating professional/executive audiences.
Proven people-management experience with direct supervision responsibilities.
Experience leading a portfolio spanning live, on-demand, and peer-learning formats.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve ACCP’s leadership development strategy and learning ecosystem.
Lead signature programs and provide facilitation direction for flagship experiences.
Curate connections with practitioners, faculty, and partners to strengthen goals.
Manage programs in partnership with Event Manager and Marketing Teams.
Design pathways that connect programs and enhance member value.
