Zusammenfassung

Avantor is seeking a Senior Director of Global Real Estate to lead its worldwide real estate portfolio, facilities strategy, and AI-enabled real estate program. The role oversees offices, labs, manufacturing sites, and 3PL locations while driving governance, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Operations, Security Management, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of leadership experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or related disciplines.
Experience managing complex global real estate portfolios in regulated environments.
Experience leading analytics, digital transformation, AI, or technology-enabled initiatives.

Aufgaben

Develop Avantor's global real estate strategy aligned with growth and operations.
Lead portfolio planning, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and expansions.
Establish long-term portfolio roadmaps balancing cost, risk, and flexibility.
Partner with Finance on investments, capital plans, and lease-vs-own decisions.
Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor utilization, costs, and performance.
Collaborate with Security, EHS3, Legal, HR, IT, and site leadership to strengthen resilience.
