Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business, real estate, engineering, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years leading corporate real estate, facilities, or security programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Avantor's global real estate strategy aligned with growth and operations.
- Lead portfolio planning, site selection, lease negotiations, and capital investments.
- Establish long-term roadmaps balancing business needs, risk, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Finance on investment opportunities, returns, and lease-vs-own decisions.
- Own the AI Real Estate Program and analytics for portfolio visibility and optimization.
- Ensure security programs integrate with safety, compliance, and resilience goals.
