Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience beyond coordination.
• 5+ years in a marketing agency environment with multiple service lines.
• Experience building or redesigning project management systems and processes.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, margins, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across service areas (creative, web, paid media, SEO).
• Build and continuously improve PM systems, workflows, and standards.
• Own project budgets and monitor costs, margins, profitability.
• Lead resource and capacity planning across projects and teams.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop plans, estimates, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration and clear ownership of objectives.
• Establish project reporting and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Train teams on PM methodologies and drive adoption across the organization.
• Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, accountability, scalability, and delivery quality.
• Align project execution with broader business goals and priorities.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Offer leadership and financial insights to inform prioritization and planning.
