Job summary

Huge is looking for a Project Manager to join the Program Delivery team. You will manage the delivery of mid to large‑scale interactive website design and development projects, serving as the key contact for clients and the project team.

Based remotely in Colombia, you will plan deliverables, coordinate across design, experience, strategy and tech teams, manage risks, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while upholding quality, process, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design to development.
• Experience with design systems to ensure cross-team collaboration.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining quality.
• Identify and manage project risks, scope creep, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with design, strategy and tech teams.
• Be the focal point for delivery across multiple workstreams and client teams.
• Meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk, and oversee hybrid client/teams.
• Collaborate with discipline leads and monitor project status and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and apply project management methodologies.
