Qualifications

• 15+ years of global leadership in EHS, Security, Sustainability, Governance, Risk, or Compliance functions.
• 10+ years leading large, multi-functional organizations through Directors and senior leaders.
• Proven track record developing enterprise strategy and managing significant global budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the enterprise EHS management system and governance framework.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization using performance data and audits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in EHS compliance, leveraging technology.
• Establish governance for serious incident investigations and ensure systemic causes are identified.
• Direct the integration of EHS programs into a unified global operating model.
