Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing for a USA-based remote role in Silver Spring, MD.

The role reports to senior leadership and partners with Operations and Manufacturing to connect execution with financial outcomes, focusing on product costing, profitability, capital deployment, and network planning. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of finance leadership in manufacturing operations, with strong P&L, capital deployment, and multi-site experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, including 5+ years in senior roles.
• Experience in multi-site operational finance within biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including product costing and COGS management.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and capital deployment processes.
• Experience with complex product portfolios and significant capital investment requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and create clarity through metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing, linking execution to financial outcomes.
• Build and lead financial operating mechanisms to enhance visibility on performance metrics.
• Design and scale product costing and profitability frameworks across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify risks and drive informed business decisions.
• Support capital deployment and manufacturing network planning through rigorous financial analysis.
• Lead Finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop a high-performing Operations Finance team and strengthen Finance Business Partner capabilities.
