iRhythm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Finance - Operations to lead finance support for cost-of-revenue functions, including Customer Care, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Clinical Operations, Quality & Regulatory, and sales planning.

Qualifications

15+ years of related experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
7–10 years of leadership experience, building high-performing finance teams.
Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory and cost-of-revenue controls.
Experience providing strategic financial leadership in manufacturing/operational environments.
Public-company leadership experience and SOX/compliance experience.
Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to translate financial concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and direction across cost-of-revenue functions to align with growth and profitability.
Partner with executives to influence operations strategy and value creation.
Own long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for cost of revenue and expenses.
Develop scalable finance capabilities to support new adjacencies and acquisitions.
Improve inventory accounting, close processes, and reporting for executive decision-making.
