iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Finance - Operations to lead finance for cost‑of‑revenue functions including manufacturing, cost accounting, and clinical operations.

The role partners with EVP, Business Operations and SVP, Quality & Regulatory to drive profitability, scalability, and strategic value. Responsibilities include long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and building a scalable, high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or 12 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience building high-performing finance teams.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting and operational finance, including inventory, standard costs, manufacturing variances, cost of revenue, close processes, and related controls.
• Experience leading finance in regulated industries (medical device/healthcare) with balance of growth and compliance.
• Public-company leadership experience with SOX and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and direction across cost-of-revenue functions including Customer Care, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Clinical Operations, Quality & Regulatory, and other areas.
• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for cost of revenue and gross margin.
• Transform and position the cost-accounting organization to support scalable growth and new adjacencies.
• Provide direct leadership of cost accounting and ensure accurate close, inventory accounting, and controls.
• Partner with executives to deliver enterprise-wide financial insights and actionable recommendations.
