Job summary

Moss is seeking a Senior Director, Engineering Management to lead the Engineering Management team within its solar and renewable energy EPC division. You will translate enterprise goals into portfolio strategy, oversee EOR relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across regions.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering/construction and 10+ years leading teams, with PE preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50% to Fort Lauderdale; remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is required.
• PE license or comparable credential preferred.
• 15+ years in engineering, design management, or construction with solar/renewable energy EPC experience.
• 10+ years leading engineering or project teams with portfolio-level accountability.
• Experience managing external design partners and MSA governance.
• Track record building and scaling teams across multiple regions and owners.
• Strategic leadership to translate goals into executable portfolio strategy.
• Travel readiness with Fort Lauderdale-based oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define team portfolios, regional assignments, and resource strategy.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction Management and Business Development on pipeline strategy.
• Own hiring strategy and workforce plans.
• Define and track OKRs and 90/180-day plans for the organization.
• Own the EOR strategic relationship, including MSA review and contract standardization.
• Define roles, governance frameworks across the Engineering Management organization.
• Drive stakeholder services strategy and build trust with Owners, Trade Partners, EORs, and internal teams.
• Resolve major commercial, multi-stakeholder escalations with sound judgment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
