Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Director, Digital Workplace to lead the Microsoft Services Digital Workplace organization, uniting Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management to deliver integrated workplace technology and adoption outcomes.

You will own strategy, headcount planning, and client value across Microsoft 365, Copilot, identity, and endpoint services, guiding a team of managers and practice leaders to drive delivery excellence and business growth for SHI's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology services, consulting, or Microsoft practices.
• 5+ years leading managers, directors, or multi-discipline delivery organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra, Intune, Windows 365, endpoint security, migrations, and change management.
• Experience managing utilization, capacity, staffing, delivery quality, portfolio health, adoption outcomes, and financial performance.
• Ability to engage enterprise executives and translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Relevant certifications may include Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, or similar credentials.
• Candidates should not self-select out if they do not meet all qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multi-workstream engagements across collaboration, migrations, identity, endpoint, security, adoption, and change management.
• Set measurable expectations for customer experience, delivery quality, utilization, and financial performance.
• Build leadership depth through development planning, succession planning, and clear career paths.
• Own workforce planning across the organization, including hiring and capacity alignment to backlog and pipeline.
• Turn operating data and customer feedback into decisions and actions with accountability.
