Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Senior Architect – Delivery to lead architecture and technical direction for multi‑team Azure programs across applications, platforms, and data. You will connect client goals to scalable designs, guide delivery, and shape modernization work to deliver measurable results.

Requirements include 10+ years delivering technical solutions, 5+ years in solution architecture with multi‑team leadership, and deep Azure data expertise (Databricks/Fabric).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering solutions in a primary technical domain.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading development or engineering teams, including multi‑team or multi‑workstream efforts.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including 4+ years architecting data solutions on Azure.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure with experience with Databricks and/or Fabric.
• Proven ability to design and implement modern data architectures (data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses, data mesh, streaming pipelines).
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data engineering frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including building stories and tasks, using pipelines and ARM templates for publishing code.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for Azure modernization and transformation programs spanning multiple teams.
• Translate client goals into scalable designs aligned with business priorities and non‑functional requirements.
• Drive architecture across teams to follow shared models, standards, and patterns.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate solutions and maintain end‑to‑end architecture.
• Provide architectural guidance during implementation, including reviews of designs and code.
