Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Data Architect to join our Managed Services team. You will lead the Azure data platform and Power BI environment, advise on solutions across Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake, and mentor junior engineers.

You’ll design ingestion frameworks, govern data architecture, and work with clients on licensing and governance. This role emphasizes collaboration, client-facing communication, and delivering scalable data solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Math or related field.
• 3+ years working with data and BI solutions on Microsoft tool stack (ADF, SQL DW, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI).
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with data analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure data platform support and data analytics for clients.
• Design large-scale Databricks Lakehouse architectures.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical reviews.
• Create architectural docs mapping source systems to data platforms.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
