Ideal candidates hold a PhD/Masters in a quantitative field, 7+ years in financial ML, and expertise in Python/R, SQL, and explainability techniques. Remote work is supported for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field; strong research background preferred.
• 7+ years building statistical or ML models in financial services or credit.
• Experience with credit card acquisition, underwriting, and customer risk.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into modeling work.
• Strong Python/R, SQL skills and model-interpretability standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own multi-year modeling roadmap for credit-risk models.
• Develop advanced ML models for acquisition, underwriting, and risk management.
• Lead end-to-end model projects from problem definition to production.
• Conduct advanced analytics, research new ML techniques, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Monitor model performance, stability, and trigger recalibration when needed.
• Provide technical leadership and establish ML best practices.
