Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. This role partners with divisional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and scale operations, delivering exceptional client service while supporting growth and shareholder value.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license required.
CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large brokerage or agency.
Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
Demonstrated experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements.

Systems & Technology Optimization: Promote EPIC usage and reporting tools.
Performance Analysis: Use metrics to drive improvements.
