Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. You will partner with leadership to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalable operations while supporting producers, account teams, and executives to deliver outstanding client service and shareholder value.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
