Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, standardize workflows, and drive efficiency across the organization. This senior role partners with regional leadership to optimize performance, support M&A initiatives, and ensure exceptional client service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a licensed P&C, CPCU/CIC, 5–7+ years in large brokerages, and strong change-management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with root cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
• Workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management experience.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with producers and leaders for adoption of new processes.
• Systems & Technology Optimization: Leverage EPIC and other tools for performance.
• Performance Analysis: Use metrics to drive improvements.
• Change Leadership: Lead adoption of new processes across the organization.
• Professional Development: Maintain industry and leadership expertise.
