Willis Towers Watson’s Via Benefits team seeks a Senior-level client service manager to manage retiree services and programs within the Individual Marketplace. You will build executive relationships, advise on service and funding strategies, and partner with consultants and actuaries to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires deep Medicare/Medicare Advantage knowledge, strong Excel skills, and a client-centric, consultative approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts.
• 10+ years’ experience managing an employer/client book of business.
• Must have experience within healthcare benefits administration or medical insurance industry.
• Executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Retaining, growing, and managing large account portfolios, working with client management team.
• Building credibility and maintaining trust by developing and implementing new solutions as the subject matter expert.
• Demonstrating a consultative client approach, with an ability to recognize what actions will demonstrate strong partnership to the client base.
• Consult on service, communications, and funding strategies to various levels of client management, including senior level HR and C-suite.
• Commitment to rapidly become highly functional in Excel to prepare, analyze and present data to clients and consultants.
• Analyze and interpret statistical reports and benefits data, directly or via partners.
• Coordinate with supporting areas to oversee administration and ensure contract delivery.
• Respond to customer needs and identify potential concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reporting to clients and internal partners.
• Ability to travel on an as needed basis.
